Responsibilities:
A. Prepare and update APQP papers of new products.
B. Offer support and assistance to commercial department for potential project.
C. Design correctly toolings of new products.
D. Inspection of toolings and sand cores
E. Track and summarize status of all new project.
F. Define technical documents for all products and production processes (moulding sand, coremaking, melting, pouring, moulding and finishing etc.)
G. Offer technical service and solve issues related technology in production.
H. Guarantee to define correctly melting technology. To choose aright related raw materials in order to ensure quantity and economy.
I. Prepare scheme of tooling installment, guide tooling worker to work.
J. Improve mould yield, mould weight and products quality.
K. Management of tooling and ERP system

Requirement:
A. More than 3 years related working experience in process engineering area.
B. Bachelor Degree or above.
C. English language reading and writing.
D. Proactively working and fast learning ability.、
1） 有模具设计相关经历，铸造模具者更佳。
2） 有与制芯相关经历，冷芯相关者更佳。
3） 有砂型铸造相关经历。
4） 有熔炼相关经历，灰铁熔炼相关者更佳。
5） 有新产品开发相关经历。
6） 有汽车ITAF 质量体系相关经验（PFMEA,APQP,PPAP等）。
