Role description: 1. Conducting potential suppliers audits (Quick Scans), 2. Developing potential suppliers for fulfilling DIEHL Controls requirements, 3. Monitoring and evaluating existing suppliers, 4. Leading Total Supplier Management projects at existing suppliers for overall improving their technical capability, cost structure, product quality and delivery performance. Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electronics, Mechanics, or Quality Management, 2. At least 5 years' working experience in a global operating company in SD, SQA or SQE area, 3. Proficient in supplier audit (based on VDA6.3) and on-site guidance and consulting, supplier evaluation, continuous improvement, and project management, 4. Knowledge about 5S, 6σ, 8D-reports, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, APQP, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, Lean Production, VA/VE and TCO Analysis, 5. Solid skills in communication, coaching, project team leading and reporting, 6. Strong integrity, self efficiency, reliable, sustainable, resilient and accurate, 7. Good oral and written English, and skillful in MS-Office, 8. Frequent travel is required.
