Job Description
To undertake sizing and quotation work and provide proactive supports to sales and customers.
Job Responsibilities
Quotation Support:
? As sales support / indoor sales, work closely with outdoor sales to achieve business unit financial targets.
? Receives the request for quotations, prepares proposals, and submits the quotations back to the customer. If RFQs not complete, communicate with customer or sales and follow up to get complete process data.
? Performs toolkit sizing for Differential Pressure Flow, Electronic Remote Seal, SOAP calculation when needed.
? Ensure one day turnaround on quotation request and ensures 100% accuracy.
? Seek agreement with customer on technical details.
? Responds to basic technical inquiries related to product specifications, installations and applications during the quote process.
? Work with outside sales for guidance on pricing and other customer specific details.
Order Review:
? Receives purchase orders, screens the order for technical and commercial feasibility.
? Solve common unclean order issues with sales working with a proactive attitude.
? Ensures 12hour turnaround for order screening upon receipt of purchase orders.
Order Execution Support
? Coordinates with the support groups – Buy-out, Specialists, Manufacturing, Pricing Team, Sizing Team, Drafting Team, Customer Support Representative, Lead Time group – as necessary.
? Coordinates with customer closely for shipment date negotiation, shipment arrangement and order certificate sorting and submitting.
? Coordinates with customer for feedback from customer for any discrepancy and inquiry, works with Emerson internally to resolve feedbacks.
Job Requirements:
? Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
? Possess 2 years and above working experience in the relevant field.
? Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of sale will be an advantage.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office application software.
? Proficient in Korean and Chinese for writing, reading and speaking. Writing and reading skill in English is required.
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Working flexibility and able to work in high stress environment.
