岗位职责: 1. Responsible for the alignment of talent strategy with business strategy, and to act as a change agent / strategic partner for business. 2. Strategic planning on workforce, reskilling of employees, and succession planning. 3. Coach leadership skills on HR matters. 4. Boost organization efficiency and effectiveness, and develop people capabilities. 任职要求: 1. Fluent in English, Japanese and German covering listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2. Actual work experience in global company,accept work attributes such as business trips and overseas assignments. 3. Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or the related domains. 4. Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in HR, and proficient in HR disciplines, including talent search, performance management, organization design, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations. 5. A good understanding of semiconductor/ software industry. 6. Excellent and influential people skills to build trust and credibility with line managers. 7. A true team player who is not afraid to take initiatives and can think out of the box to drive changes and innovations. 8. Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion. 9. Equip with a proactive, data-driven, and global approach mindset. 10. Open minded and smart, have strong learning ability and can put into practice.
