Over one year secretarial or administration experience, in a multinational organization is preferred. Fast and accurate typing skills. Good command of both spoken and written English. Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel, proficient in PowerPoint. Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills. Good time management skill and telephone manner.
