工作职责
1. 与商务、销售、供应链的生产等合作，编写公司生产年度计划
Cooperated with commercials, sales, supply chain and operation, to prepare the company’s annual production plan.
2. 按照年度生产计划，制定月度生产计划、原辅材料需求计划
According to the annual production plan, develop monthly production plan and raw materials and auxiliary material demand plan.
3. 按照月度生产计划，制定周生产计划、原辅材料需求计划
According to the monthly production plan, develop weekly production plan and raw materials and auxiliary material demand plan.
4. 负责监控原辅材料、产品库存情况，并及时跟相关方配合进行调整
Responsible for tracking raw materials, auxiliary materials, product inventory, and timely cooperate with relevant stakeholders to update.
5. 负责对月度生产情况进行统计，协助分析原材料单耗等
Responsible for the monthly production statistics, support on the analysis of raw material consumptions, etc.
6. 协调商务、销售、供应链和生产等，负责处理原料供应、产品库存中的出现的异常情况
Coordinate commercials, sales, supply chain and operations, and deal with the abnormal situations in raw material supply and product inventory
7. 配合商务、销售、研发和生产等，做好新产品引进生产前的准备工作
Cooperate with commercials, sales and R&D and operations, prepare well before the introduction of new products.
8. 与中化和蓝星集团、全球生产计划、商务和市场销售等配合，根据公司商务和市场战略，对生产计划及时优化
Cooperate with Sinochem and Bluestar Group, global production planning, commercials and marketing and so on, optimize the production plan timely according to the company’s business and marketing strategy.
9. 积极参加公司卓越运营管理活动，在原料供应、生产计划、产品仓储和原材料单耗等方面进行优化，提高公司生产力
Actively engage in the company’s operational excellence management activities, optimize raw material supply, production planning, product inventory and raw material consumption and so on, and improve the company’s productivities.
10. 组织定期的生产计划会议，追踪生产计划执行情况和持续改进的行动项
Organize the regular production planning meetings to track the implementation of production plans and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
11. 上级领导安排的其它工作.
Other related work assigned by supervisor.

任职要求
1. 具有本科或以上或相当的学历，商务或市场营销或工厂管理等专业相关专业。
2. 3年或以上商务、市场营销、客服或工厂管理等从业经验
3. SAP系统PP等模块的使用能力。
4. 较好的计划流程管理。
5. 较好的逻辑思维能力、协调能力和会议组织能力。
6. 较好的团队合作精神和附加值贡献精神。
7. 学习能力和团队精神。
8. 英语熟练。
