Job Description

Contribution in engineering and product development within a specific
engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical engineer) and have the capability to
complete technical engineering tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.

？ Mechanical design for electrical motor
？ Component and/or assembly stress analysis (hand calculations and FEA)
？ Bearing specification analysis (fits on housing and shaft, B10 life
analysis)
？ Involute spline geometry and spline stress analysis
？ GD&T and other tolerance stack up analysis
？ Design and specify assembly clearance and interference fits
？ Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) or similar
？ Design validation specification and testing
？ Engineering reports and documentation
？ Drawing checking
？ Bill of Materials (BOM) configuration and management
？ Engineering Change documentation generation


Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

* BSc degree in Engineering or Engineering specialty.
* Experience with engineering analysis tools.
* ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar.
* 2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling experience.
* Siemens NX with Teamcenter experience is highly desired.
* Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge.
* Excellent technical writing skills to generate concise engineering reports
and provide accurate engineering documentation.
* Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance analysis for
product design.
