YOUR TASKS
* 1.Central contact person for electronical content for project internal and
external customers
* 2.Lead and organize team to do analysis of both customer and Hella
requirement
* 3.Break overall electronical requirements down to system characteristics
and nominate responsible persons for each characteristic within the System Team
based on the sufficient requirement analysis
* 4.Take the responsibility of the achievement of each critical technical
milestone
* 5.Represent the product development status within the project core team and
management
* 6.Steer the technical content-based, as the technical interface to do the
communication with customer
* 7.Develop technical basis for project management / core team decisions in
consideration of QCT&R
* 8.Coordinate the sample-based system validation together with other CTMs
* 9.Take the leading of problem shooting during both development and
qualification phase

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* 1.Bachelor’s degree or above with electronical engineering
* 2.Excellent systematic analytical, problem shooting, decision making
* 3.Experience for both customer and internal organization communication
skill is preferred
* 4.Good leadership that encourages sub-team to set ambitious targets and
follow up to get the achievement
* 5.Customer and result orientation, to satisfied customer requirement timely
based on internal alignment
* 6.Fluent English in both verbal and written
* 7.Experience in LIN/CAN communication is preferred
