1) Focused area is South of JiangSu and AnHui. 负责销售区域为苏南地区及安徽 2) Achieve annual sales targets, constantly representing sales turnover, product quantity and account receivable in the designated area;完成公司指定区域的销售指标，持续汇报区域的销售及客户的应收状况。 3) Understand the demand of the customer, transfer product advantages to the customer during selling process;理解客户需求，在销售过程中，传递产品性能以提高客户价值 4) Find and develop new end users and maintain existing end users in designated area, establish and maintain good and professional customer relationships, especially to build relationships with senior management and decision makers from customer side;在公司指定范围内寻找及开发新客户，并维护已有客户；建立及维护良好及专业的客户关系，尤其与客户高级管理层及决策层建立联系。 5) Manage and develop sales channel and distributors in designated area, enlarge market share;在公司指定区域管理及开发销售渠道，扩大市场份额。 6) Product demo and training to distributors and end users;向经销商及终端提供产品演示及培训 7) Customers complaint handling and work together with PM to solve problems;处理客户投诉，并与产品经理协同解决投诉问题 8) Report to RSM regarding Customer/industry/market demand analysis and competitor status;向区域经理汇报客户/行业/市场需求/竞争对手情况 9) Provide end user’s information to BDSM in order to dig more business opportunities;向业务拓展经理传递终端用户信息，以 挖掘更多行业应用机会 10) Sales order handling in ERP system 在公司ERP系统处理销售订单 11) Work together with PM to promote new products in designated area;与产品经理协同在公司指定区域推广新产品 12) Follow company’s policy and complete other tasks from company.遵守公司政策并且完成公司指派的其他任务
Requirements：
1) College degree or above; 本科及以上学历 2) Be honest and team work;为人诚实，有团队精神 3) Customer orientated, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility;以客户为导向，自我激励及责任感 4) At least 2 years sales experience in PPE industry, multinational company working experience is preferred;2年以上PPE行业工作经验，有外企工作经验优先考虑 5) Familiar with customer of PPE industry and segment demands;熟悉PPE行业的客户及行业需求 6) With good communication and presentation skills;良好的沟通及表达技巧 7) Familiar with working process of PPE industry and be able to develop new customers independently;熟悉PPE行业的工作流程，能独立开发新客户 8) Trust worthy.值得客户及公司信赖
