1.负责新项目过程的设计与开发，确保按时完成新项目过程开发任务；
Be responsible for the design and development for new project process, and ensure the task fulfilled in time
2.负责全新设计产品的制造过程的开发与实施；
Be responsible for the design and implement for new product manufacturing process;
3.负责输出FMEA及项目相关文件；
Be responsible for releasing FMEA and other project related document
4.管理提供工装夹具、新设备及新生产线的设计和制造要求；
Manage and provide design and building requirements for new tooling, new machine and new production lines.

专业知识要求：
1.熟悉工业工程方法
Familiar with industrial engineering methods
2.熟悉新项目过程开发相关知识与要求
Familiar with the process of the development of new knowledge and project requirements.
3.熟悉FMEA失效模式分析
Familiar with FMEA Failure Mode Analysis Tools
4.熟悉各种常用传感器和气动执行机构
Familiar with various sensor and pneumatic parts.
5.熟练使用Office软件
Familiar with Office software
6.熟悉APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA相关知识
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA-related knowledge

任职要求：
1.本科及以上以上学历，机械相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical related.
2.3-5年相关工作经验，基本的英语读写及听说能力。
Have 3-5 years' related working experience, both good in written and oral English.
