岗位职责: 1、Responsible for employee relations the coordination and processing. 负责员工关系的协调与处理; 2、Responsible for drawing up the relevant regulation of HR. 负责人事相关制度的起草与修订; 3、Responsible for assisting the employer in Job Grade system project & KPI project and following up internal communication working. 负责协助岗级体系建设以及目标管理项目,内部各层级员工沟通工作; 4、Responsible for company culture building, including the company's internal employee activities of the organization and coordination. 负责公司企业文化建设,包括内部员工活动的组织与协调; 5、Responsible for complete analysis for the cost of labour monthly. 负责完成月度人工成本分析; 6、Assist for HR Manager to complete the monthly report on HR dept. and cooperate HRD to complete the other affairs. 协助人事总监完成人事月度报表,以及配合人力资源经理完成本部门的日常工作; 7、To meet the requirements of IATF16949 / ISO14001 standard in routine works. 按照IATF16949及ISO14001的要求开展工作。
职位要求: 1、University degree in business administration, Human Resource management and related major. 本科及以上学历,工商管理、人力资源管理及相关专业毕业; 2、Minimum of 4 year working experience in related job. 4年以上相关工作经验; 3、Excellent communication and expression skills. 优秀的沟通与表达能力; 4、Those familiar with the six modules of human resources will be given priority consideration. 对人力资源六大模块熟悉者优先考虑。
