Material selection and analysis: Select material according to product characteristic, performance, cost and compliance. Suggest and get approval for material change during localization. Evaluate the material suggested by supplier, and confirm the conformity to specification.
2.材料测试： 建立材料测试实验室。制定材料测试计划和方案，确保测试数据的准确性和可靠性。
Material test: Set-up material test lab. Drafting test plan and proposals, confirm the accuracy and reliability of test procedure.
3.技术文档编写与维护：编写材料相关的技术文档，包括材料规格书、测试报告等。
Technical document drafting and management: Drafting material technical document, such as specification, test report, etc.
4.技术支持与问题解决：通过分析和解决材料相关的问题，为产品设计和制造提供技术支持
Technical support and problem solving: Analysis and solve material related problem, to support design and manufacture engineering.

技能要求：Qualifications:
1.学士或以上材料专业学历, 熟悉各类金属材料的特性，如钛，高温合金，不锈钢等，能够根据需求选择合适的产品和加工工艺。优先考虑同时具有分析和建议高分子复合材料（树脂，纤维，泡棉，橡胶等）的知识。
BS Degree and above, major in material science or engineering. Familiar with metal material and characteristic, such as Titanium, Superalloy, CRES. Capable to select suitable material and processing to meet product characteristic requirement. Knowhow of analysis and suggest polymer composites material (Resin, fiber, foam, rubber) is highly preferred.

5 years and above material selection and testing experience. Aerospace material knowledge is highly preferred.
2.有足够的管理材料测试实验室的经验。优先考虑有建立实验室的经验。
Enough experience of test lab management. Set-up new test lab experience is highly preferred.
3.深度参与过材料国产化开发过程。优先考虑有主导过类似项目或供应商开发的经验。
Deeply involved in material localization project. Leading experience or supplier sourcing experience is highly preferred.
4.航空业质量体系有一定了解
