1. 策划预防性产品质量计划，并确保其在内部能及时有效的执行。
Be responsible for preventive quality plan, and make sure the plan implemented timely and effectively.
2. 负责生产现场日常质量问题的处理，保证产品质量满足客户要求。
Be responsible for dealing with daily quality problem of production line to ensure the product quality to meet customers’ requirements.
3. 负责组织过程不合格品评审，并组织相关职能部门形成8D多功能小组，对批量质量问题的分析、改善并跟踪和验证措施有效性及落实。
Be responsible for organizing the relevant functional departments to form the 8D function team, and analyzing and improving the serious quality issues, verification and follow up the effectiveness of the measures.
4. 负责组织实施过程检验、成品检验对产品质量进行监控。
Be responsible for carrying out process and finished product inspection to monitoring products quality.
5. 负责编制与检验相关的作业指导书和检验计划。
Be responsible for redacting inspection related WI and inspection plan.
6. 负责对过程检验和成品检验数据的收集、统计并分析监控，确保过程稳定。
Be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the inspection data to ensure process stability.
7. 持续改进过程降低产品的不良率和质量成本。
Improve process continuously to reduce the defect rate and cost of waste.
8. 负责推进快速、先进的工装、检具，以提高过程和成品检验的有效性和效率。
Be responsible for promoting advanced tool and gage, to improve effectiveness of process and products inspection.
9. 管理开发阶段项目质量文件，参与过程流程图、FMEA、控制计划、产品作业指导书的编制会审，按客户要求提交PPAP资料，确保项目量产交接时顺利转交生产。
Manage the project quality files of the development phase, and participate in redacting flow chart, FMEA, control plan and product WI, Submit PPAP files as customer required ，to ensure handover the project successfully.
10. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求：
1. 本科及本科以上，机械相关专业
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or mechanical
2. 丰富的过程质量管理工作经验，在汽车行业从事质量管理五年以上
Rich experience in process quality management; At least 5 years quality management experience at automotive industrial.
3. 较好的英语读、写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English.
4. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件
Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT
5. 良好的沟通和谈判技能
Good communication and negotiation skills
