1. Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.

* Establish and implement purchasing policies, procedures based on central
requirements.
* Manage relative purchasing activities to comply with relative process and
policies.
* Work closely with other divisions of the company or mother / sister company
to ensure the needs of raw materials and non-production materials are met.
* Identify and source for new suppliers, organize the new supplier selection
and integrate them into the supplier database for all small and mid-size
projects.
* Coordinate and conduct supplier performance evaluation.
* Coordinate and conduct supplier yearly audit.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
* Support the global organization regarding cost analysis, price negotiation,
Benchmark to market prices in order to keep a competitive prices.
* Implement or renew relative logistics contracts.
* Troubleshoot cost, quality and delivery concerns.
* Escalation Level for Site Procurement activities
* Claim management towards suppliers
* Provide expertise and support with data mining, analysis, and reporting.
* Manage, develop and motivate purchasing staff (Team work and develop)
Background & Skills

* Bachelor Degree above, engineering background is preferred.
* At least 5 years work experience in Supplier Management or equivalent
experience.
* Specialized knowledge on semiconductor industry and / or producers of metal
and plastic parts and PCBA are preferred.
* Analytical mind, proactive and excellent communication skill
* Good, self-confident manner necessary as candidate sometimes has to exert
pressure on suppliers.
* Knowledge of ISO9000, MRP/ERP systems
* Good command of English and Chinese is imperative
* Financial acumen
* Team work
* Good computer literacy (proficiency in Word, Excel, Internet)
2. Qualification Testing Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.

* Work in the qualification test field with planning, set-up, execution as
well as evaluation of electrical and climatic tests on electronic components
* The execution also includes checking the correctness of the setups and
programming the test equipment.
* Complete documentation of the tests as well as the results with evaluation
(according to specifications)
* Determination and validation of electrical parameters (incl. statistics)
* Independent modification or setup of test setups to obtain specific
characteristics of the test items.
* Electrical and mechanical setup of test setups in test and climatic chambers
* Creating test reports
* Maintain test equipment.Background & Skills

* University degree (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
* Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices like IGBT, MOSFET,
Thyristor, Diode
* Fundamental knowledge about power electronic devices application like
inverter, converter, buck, boost etc.
* Extensive knowledge of power electric devices measurement techniques
* Construction and measurement of assemblies according to circuit diagrams as
well as the implementation of only systematically specified circuits.
* Interpret measurement, inspection, and test results.
* Dealing with standards and test specifications
* Familiar with measurement equipment for power electronic applications like
Scope
* Develop and maintain related documentation to support RD, Production,
Quality etc.
* Basic knowledge of statistical analysis
* Basic knowledge of parasitic properties of electrical structures.
* Experience in handling voltages up to 2000V and currents up to 5000A.
3. Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.


* New production line installation and set up in Nanjing factory
* Improve, characterize and develop manufacturing processes for existing
products as well as New Product Introductions (NPI)
* Drive and coordinate LEAN initiative, and engage Six Sigma tools for
process improvements
* Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space
requirements, and equipment layout
* Initiate and support the procurement and introduction of necessary fixtures
and tooling for manufacturing NPIs and for process improvements
* Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety on the shop floor
* Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing and other support teams
to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, and cost savings goals
within schedule and budget
* Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to
ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed
* Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are complete and
accurately documented to provide an technical / historical base for future
reference and to meet customer / end user requirements
* Support the preparation of product and process reports by collecting,
analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
* Completes design and development projects by training and guiding
technicians / manufacturing associates
Background & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical science, or supply chain
management
* 3-5 years of experience in Engineering in a manufacturing environment
working with production processes and equipment
* Experience in leading and implementing manufacturing process improvements
* Experience with continuous improvement concepts such as Six Sigma and Lean
Manufacturing
* Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient
solutions
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
* Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects
* Demonstrated success in plant process development, improvement and
management
* Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) experience preferred
* Six Sigma Green or Black belt is an advantage
* Ability to overcome resistance, influence and instruct employees in change
* Able to handle complex situations, solve problems, be decisive with a high
sense of urgency

4. QEHS Engineer
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the
following.


* Maintain and further develop local QEHS system of SD IMS, this includes
prepare and update the comprehensive documentation
* Conduct internal QEHS system audits according to standard ISO9001, ISO
14001, ISO 45001, this includes planning, preparation, auditing, reporting,
RCCA and monitoring the effectiveness of CA
* Conduct internal process audits according to VDA6.3, this includes
planning, preparation, auditing, reporting, RCCA and monitoring the
effectiveness of CA
* Organize and support company's external audit, this includes QEHS system
certificate audit, customer audit etc., via planning, preparation,
coordination, reporting, RCCA and monitoring the effectiveness of CA
* Monitor the compliance with the applicable legal rules/regulations in the
area of quality, environmental protection and occupational safety and initiate
corrective measures for deviations
* Conduct periodic evaluations & assessments for company's QEHS KPIs
* Organize QEHS system training and assessment for employees
Background & Skills

* University degree in power electronics or automation control related majors
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing
quality engineering control; minimum 2 years of quality system management.
Experience in multinational company is preferred
* Familiar with standards ISO9001, VDA6.3, experience in UL, ISO14001 & 45001
is preferred
* Certificate of internal auditor of ISO9001. Certificate of internal auditor
of ISO14001, 45001 are preferred
* Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
* Good at writing and speaking English
* Detailed working style
* Good PC office software skill
* Good communication skill, team work spirit, cooperative and initiative
character is preferred
