4. QEHS Engineer Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
* Maintain and further develop local QEHS system of SD IMS, this includes prepare and update the comprehensive documentation * Conduct internal QEHS system audits according to standard ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, this includes planning, preparation, auditing, reporting, RCCA and monitoring the effectiveness of CA * Conduct internal process audits according to VDA6.3, this includes planning, preparation, auditing, reporting, RCCA and monitoring the effectiveness of CA * Organize and support company's external audit, this includes QEHS system certificate audit, customer audit etc., via planning, preparation, coordination, reporting, RCCA and monitoring the effectiveness of CA * Monitor the compliance with the applicable legal rules/regulations in the area of quality, environmental protection and occupational safety and initiate corrective measures for deviations * Conduct periodic evaluations & assessments for company's QEHS KPIs * Organize QEHS system training and assessment for employees Background & Skills
* University degree in power electronics or automation control related majors * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing quality engineering control; minimum 2 years of quality system management. Experience in multinational company is preferred * Familiar with standards ISO9001, VDA6.3, experience in UL, ISO14001 & 45001 is preferred * Certificate of internal auditor of ISO9001.
