We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our retail team, focusing on branded retail, commercial project sales, distribution development, and sales execution to achieve optimal profit margins. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with the province distributors, major chain retailers, the top home decoration companies and top real estate developers. Additionally, the role involves pioneering new provincial-level general distributors and overseeing sales and distributor management within these channels. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership and Strategy: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets with major chain retailers, real estate developers, and leading home decoration companies. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and areas for expansion. Account Management: - Establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within major accounts. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. - Deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs and manage the entire sales cycle. Distribution Development: - Identify and onboard new provincial-level general distributors. - Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement sales plans that align with company objectives. - Create and maintain a high-performance distribution network to improve product reach and availability. Team Leadership: - Lead the sales team, guiding project sales and distribution development efforts. - Provide training and support to the team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their sales targets. - Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Profit Margin Management: - Monitor sales and profitability metrics, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals. - Implement strategies to maintain and improve the standard profit margins across all managed accounts.
Sales and Distributor Management: - Develop and maintain an efficient sales tracking system to monitor performance and manage distributor activities. - Conduct regular reviews with distributors to assess performance against targets, providing guidance and support where necessary. Client and Market Insights: - Gather and analyze consumer and market insights to inform strategic decisions. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Reporting and Communication: - Provide regular reports on account status, sales results, forecasts, and market conditions to Business Development and Commercial Excellence Manager- Asia-Pacific and other stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and coherence in company strategies.
