Job description:
- Assist departments manager to lead facility renovation and construction projects.
- Assist departments manager to make and review facility’s maintenance budget and plan, follow up the plan’s implementation, control maintenance quality, progress and cost.
- Maintain all the facility system in factory to keep a good condition. (air conditioning/water supply/power supply/ compressor/ firefighting system/savage pipe system/flooding system…) Responsible for the daily work coordination with the production department to ensure the normal operation of facilities.
- Facility related technical document collection and archive.
- Manage contractor /supplier and make sure them to work in company with compliance of EHS regulation.
- Responsible for facility modification, for example structure/building/office modification or improvement
- Assist departments manager to support new building construction project from the bidding and standard identification to final acceptance, make sure the quality of building conformed to requirement and within budget and schedule.
- Special equipment management including air compressor piping system ,air meter and so on , all the calibration or government test must be on schedule and all the special equipment run with qualified certification.
- Carry our energy saving project regarding facility aspect.
Qualifications:

- University Degree.
- More than 5 years of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) experience in facilities.
- Speaking and writing English.
- Good communication skills and strong ability to take great pressure.
- electricity engineering and electricity automation will be preferred.
