岗位职责: 1. Responsible for planning and analyzing NVH performance benchmarking for CVT, electric drives reducers, and gearbox products. 负责CVT、电驱减速器、齿轮箱产品NVH性能对标策划与分析。 2. Responsible for developing and decomposing NVH performance indicators for CVT, electric drives reducers, and gearbox products. 负责CVT、电驱减速器、齿轮箱产品NVH性能指标制定与分解。 3. Responsible for NVH verification and optimization of CVT, electric drive product design schemes. 负责CVT、电驱产品设计方案的NVH校核与优化. 4. Responsible for the CVT、electric drive product bench and vehicle NVH performance testing analysis, as well as the rectification and improvement of NVH issues. 负责CVT、电驱动产品台架与整车NVH性能测试分析、NVH问题的整改与提升。 5. Responsible for supporting and resolving NVH issues on mass production lines. 负责支持和解决量产线的NVH问题。 6. Analysis of cutting-edge NVH technology for electric drive assemblies and provide relations solutions to difficult problems. 电驱总成NVH前沿技术分析及疑难问题公关解决。 7. Participate in the product development and problem resolution processes as a contributor of technical information about production using NVH tools. 使用NVH工具,从技术角度参与产品的开发和质量问题解决。 8. Master the various testing process specifications and facilities for NVH testing and be proficient in completing various testing tasks. 掌握NVH测试的各项试验流程规范、试验设施,能熟练完成组内的各项试验工作。 9. To complete the test project planning, test program development, report writing, etc. 完成试验项目策划、试验大纲制定、报告编写等工作。 10. Conduct investigation and analysis on the NVH performance of products that need to be optimized and determine the analysis and optimization plan. 对需优化的产品NVH性能进行调查分析,确定分析及优化方案。
资质要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in vibration and noise, structural mechanics, and related fields. 本科及以上学历,振动噪声,结构力学等相关专业。 2. NVH related working experience in automobile industry more than 5 years, gearbox NVH problems diagnostic analysis of actual combat experience is preferred. 5年以上汽车行业NVH相关工作经验,变速箱NVH问题诊断分析实战经验优先。 3. Proficient in the gears and electric drive assemblies noise principles, familiar with automobile structure, with a solid background vibration, acoustic, and modal analysis theory. 精通齿轮、电驱总成噪声原理,熟悉整车结构,具有扎实的振动、声学和模态分析理论背景。 4. Proficient in using Test Lab software and LMS testing equipments. 熟练试用Test Lab软件及LMS测试设备。 5. Familiar with NVH simulation relevant software and NVH simulation experience is preferred. 熟悉相关NVH仿真软件及具备NVH仿真经验优先。 6. Participated in one or more transmission/electric drive system development projects, experienced with vehicle/ test bench of NVH test, optimization and verification of the transmission system. 参与过一个及以上变速器/电驱系统正向开发项目,完整进行过传动系统的整车/台架NVH测试及优化整改验证工作。 7. Proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 熟练使用Microsoft Office。 9. Pro-active, diligent, Team player. and dependable; Good communication and coordination ability. 积极,勤勉,良好的团队合作及沟通协调能力。
