职责描述: 1. Responsible for the MBD software maintaining and development of e-Motor controllers and inverters. 负责电机控制器和逆变器控制模型软件开发和维护工作。 2. Lead the software project development from technical point view. 从技术角度领导软件项目开发工作。 3. Participate in writing detailed design specifications, complete source code design and protocol, logic, control, algorithm and self-test. 参与撰写详细设计说明书,完成源码设计及协议、逻辑、控制、算法及自测。 4. Participate in product testing and product optimization design, write related technical documents and technical support. 参与产品测试及产品优化设计,编写相关技术文档,技术支持。 5. Software function analysis for new system requirement, evaluate the system feasibility both software Algorithm and functionality point view. 根据系统需求进行软件功能需求分析,从功能和算法角度评估系统可行性。 6. Bug-fixes / improvements/modify code on the standard SW module of Inverter. 逆变器软件模块故障修复/功能改进/修改软件代码。 7. Implementation and test the MBD software module in according with software requirement. 根据软件需求文档实现软件编写和软件单元模块测试。 8. Software maintain and development for EV/HEV E-motor controller. EV/HEV电机控制器软件开发和维护。 9. All the work is done within relevant PUNCH software procedures and guidelines. 工作都须遵从邦奇软件开发流程和指南。 10. Support the solution of cost and quality. 支持质量和成本解决方案。 11. Other things assigned from leader. 领导安排的其他工作。
资质要求: a) Bachelor or above in a relevant field: Computer Science/ Electrical / Electronics / Informatics/Automatics. 本科或以上学历,计算机科学/电气/电子学/信息学/自动化相关专业。 b) 5+ year experience in Inverter software development. 5年以上逆变器应用软件开发经验。 c) Experience in software development for DC motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors and asynchronous motors for drive systems. 有传动系统直流电机、永磁同步电机和异步电机软件开发经验。 d) Good knowledge of ASPICE/AUTOSAR/Polarion/VectorCAST/ISO 26262/DFMEA/. 掌握ASPICE/AUTOSAR/Polarion /ISO 26262/DFMEA/工具知识。 e) Proficiency in C programming language, mainstream MCU/DSP development system, familiar with the common serial communication mechanism. 熟练掌握C语言编程,和主流MCU/DSP开发系统,熟悉常用的串口通讯机制。 f) Familiar with inverter/DCDC control methods and algorithms: coordinate transformation, SPLL, SVPWM/SPWM, double closed loop control, sag control, virtual synchronous generator, etc. 熟悉逆变器/DCDC控制方法和算法:坐标变换、SPLL、SVPWM/SPWM、双闭环控制、下垂控制、虚拟同步发电机等。 g) Fluent English both in oral and writing. 英语读写流利。 h) Debug in IC5000 device or Lauterbach or MDE. 使用IC5000设备调试或Lauterbach或MDE。 i) Operate oscilloscope, CAN O/E, many kinds of tool chains. 使用示波器,CAN O/E及多种工具链。 j) Software is done through good experience and knowledge of both software and inverters. 工作中需要良好的逆变器和软件知识。
