Responsibilities - Design, develop and optimize in vitro immune cell functional assays - Develop and evaluate genetically engineered primary T cells including CAR-T and TCR-T - Potential to lead a team of 1-2 research technicians - Work cross-functionally as part of internal multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating lead isolation, generation and screening - Manage project progress and timeline, and provide regular updates in achieving specific project objectives Qualifications - Ph.D. with 2-3 years in Immunology, Cancer Biology, - Cell Biology, or related discipline. Industry experience preferred. - Experience with immune cell model systems, in vitro assay development and drug-candidate validation. Prior experience of Cellular Immunotherapy a strong plus. - Demonstrate a high level of initiative in troubleshooting experiments and development of new methods/techniques - Proven interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiasm for participating in a fast-paced environment of rigorous science and innovative thinking - Highly organized and driven in terms of goal setting and achieving - Strong publication record or equivalent achievements in industry
