职务描述
-To be responsible for electronic materials sourcing and purchasing of Nanjing facatory（including PCBA\IC\Chips\Motor）/负责南京工厂电子件物料门类的寻源及采购工作（包括PCBA\电容\芯片\IGBT\SiC功率模块\继电器等）
-To be the close contact with R&D and Site project manager/与工厂项目经理和研发保持紧密联系
-To improve the supplier integration in the project and to integrate supplier in design to cost workshop/提高供应商一体化及供应商设计成本
-To Lead the PG/PL QCDI Red and blocking point escalation in coordination with SPM on weekly basis at site level/工厂层面，就堵点问题升级到PG/PL
-To lead the synergy and the bundling at SoCo management ( including RQF bundling)/领导及管理bundling SoCo
-To lead at site purchasing level Project BOT and red project review/在工厂采购层面，领导红色项目回顾及项目BOT行动
-To lead the management and the communicate of the action plan on the Kpis under SPM validation负责KPIS行动措施的管理，并得到工厂采购经理的认可
-To lead the Valeo standard deployment and to improve the PUMA skill at the site team level/在工厂采购团队，领导法雷奥标准实施及提高PUMA技巧
To lead the monthly Project purchasing improvement activities/领导项目采购改进活动
职务要求：
-At least three years purchasing experience of eletronic materials.至少三年以上电子件采购经验
-Be familiar with Electronic component specifications and technical parameters.熟悉电子件规格及技术参数
-Good written and oral english. 英语读写OK，口语可沟通
-Auto industry is preferred.汽车行业优先
-Bachlor degree is preferred. 本科学历优先
