Mission of Function?
Motor test engineer is responsible for create test plan according to feature specification based on requirements and test standard and implement test cases and provide qualified test report to customer.

What are my responsibilities?
61 Participate in requirement and design document review from motor test perspective.
61 Create test plan according to product requirement specification, feature specification and related regulation together with CPO.
61 Prepare the test setup and environment according to the test plan.
61 Perform the defined test cases according to the test plan and generate test report and fulfill requirement. E.g. Product feature, requirement and test standard…
61 Record the product error during test and support the debug process together with development engineers.
61 Maintain test lab equipment and infrastructure according to lab management regulation (E.g. ISO17025, …)
61 Analysis and support of field problems.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
61 Education (Bachelor or above degree in electrical, electronic, motor, automation control field)
61 Commissioning skill of drive and motor system
61 Experience in execution of motor test, such as environmental, heating test, mechanical or experience in servo drive and motor application and test is a plus
61 Knowledge of test standard is a plus
61 Knowhow about PLC programming is a plus
61 Good communication skill
61 Fluently in oral and written English with CET 4 or above.
61 Good experience on Trouble shooting.
