Responsibilities: - Find new business opportunities to increase sales. - Answer RFI & RFQ, organize technical and project communication with customer, clarify customer technical and commercial requirements. - Work with project team to prepare NPA (New Project Application) and CAA(Contract Approval Application) and then manage all commercial issues with Customers. - Get agreement with customers for price adjustments on raw material and exchange rate fluctuation. - Make pricing strategy with management team. - Obtain payment according to payment terms. - Make business plan and support other functions for daily work (Project management, Finance, Quality and so on). - Improve the communications between Valeo and customers. - Measure customer satisfaction. - Responsible for the research and application promotion of new technologies of electric drive systems, research product-related technologies, regulatory developments and market demand changes. - Communicate with customers for the definition of e-mobility electric drive system requirements, system architecture and design specification definition. - Anticipate the project feasibility analysis, technical coordination and support project team to provide technical solutions for customers.
Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field, willing to understand technical details. - At least 3 years working experience as Sales / R&D /Project Manager in eDrive, eBike, LSEV industry with the solid commercial talent. - Ability to influence or convince other people. - Strong communication and analysis skills. - Good PC, excel and presentation skills. - Basic financial knowledge. - Good English communication skill. - Ability to start work independently in high pressure. - Frequent business travel is required. - Customer and result oriented.
