ACTIVITIES:
A. Supports the Production Management in defining the operational plan for the areas of his responsibility according to the company calendar, assessing the manufacturing and maintenance variables in terms of machine hours, direct/indirect hours, machines saturation, workers performance and machining/quality wastes;
B. Ensures, in cooperation with the Production Manager and his structure, the elaboration of the referring budget;
C. Guarantees the implementation and progress of production plan, informing the Plant Management about deviations and anomalies;
D. Ensures, if necessary, the identification of criticalities and the planning of corrective actions by suggesting to the Plant Management adequate solutions in terms of investment proposal, organizational solutions and training, in order to align the plant capacity and/or the resources to the plan needs;
E. Guarantees suggestion about technology improvements and innovative organizational solutions in order to optimize the technical-economical results and improve Quality and Safety;
F. Cooperates with the Process Engineering Manager for investments and potential technology improvements definition according to the scheduled productive capacity;
G. Takes part to the industrial investment choices of whose can be the direct promoter;
H. Ensures the compliance with administrative and accountant tasks of his responsibility according to the Company procedures and politics;
I. Guarantees, in cooperation with Plant Logistics and Purchasing representatives, an optimal level of material and stocks for the manufacturing through a continuous control which can ensure the production flow;
J. Implements, within the agreed politics, the best management actions to ensure high motivation, development and improvement of the assigned human resources professional capabilities;
K. Ensures the safety information and training of the assigned resources and controls, for the area of his responsibility, the respect and application of the safety regulations;
L. Guarantees the organization and verifies the requirement of services and structures necessary to fulfill efficiently the regulations concerning Safety and Environment according to the Production Manager instructions.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical or casting related majors
2.More than 3 years of experience in production management
3.English can be used as working language
