岗位职责：

1、组织制定集团信息化整体规划及实施。
Organize and formulate the overall informationization plan and its implementation for the group.
2、负责公司信息化、数字化系统（如ERP、OA、MES等）的选型、购置、安装、维护、更新和使用管理。
Take charge of the selection, procurement, installation, maintenance, updating, and usage management of the company's information systems (e.g., ERP, OA, MES).
3、负责计算机硬件（服务器、网络线路、打印设备等）的管理和维护。
Be responsible for the management and maintenance of computer hardware (servers, network circuitry, printers, etc.).
4、确保公司IT系统（包括网络、服务器、应用软件等）的正常运行和安全性。
Ensure the normal operation and security of the company's IT systems, including networks, servers, and application software.
5、监控并维护公司各类业务系统的日常运行，定期进行系统备份和恢复。
Monitor and maintain the daily operation of various business systems, perform regular system backups and recovery.
6、负责IT项目的进度控制、质量管理和资源协调，组织并参与项目评审会议，确保项目按计划完成。
Take charge of IT project progress control, quality management, and resource and participate in project review meetings to ensure projects are completed as planned.
7、领导并管理IT团队，制定团队工作计划和目标。
Lead and manage the IT team, formulate team work plans and goals.
8、组织并指导IT团队的技能培训和知识分享。

9、制定并执行公司信息安全政策和策略。
Formulate and implement the company's information security policies and strategies.
10、监控网络安全，防范潜在的安全威胁和风险。
Monitor network security to prevent potential security threats and risks.

任职资格

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
2、5年以上IT管理经验，熟悉企业IT系统建设及域管理和运维流程。
Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, familiar with enterprise IT system construction、domain facilitation and operation and maintenance processes.
3、精通IT基础设施（服务器、网络、存储等）的管理和维护。
Proficient in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, etc.).
4、熟悉主流数据库（如Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL等）和操作系统（如Windows, Linux）
5、良好的内部和外部沟通能力
