Job Description:
1.Focus on RFQ to collect quotations on a wide basis from supplier side, that will:
Support Commodity Manager & AP to make decison in DFP1;
support the project manager on the analysis on supplier quotation;
2. General Maintenance of master data, e.g. SAP database including:
Annual negotiation result;
Vendor Master Data in SAP;
Material Master Data / Classifications in SAP;
Periodic Monitoring of Master Data of CP
3. Support of Commodity Manager, e.g. for market researches;
PRIO projects, administrative tasks
General:
- Serve internal customers as a service provider;
- Stay always friendly and kindly, but pushy to get things in the interest of DC through

Qualification
- Education as engineer or industrial engineering
- Experiences in cost analytic methods and tools
- Trained in project management and supply chain management,
- Knowledge of international business and international market knowledge
- Know-How in 5S, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, LEAN, VA/VE and TCO concept
- Conversant with SAP or equivalent MRP-system; experience with e-Procurement tools
- Strong integrity and self-efficiency
- Be reliable, sustainable, resilient and accurate
- Fluent English both in spoken and written, advanced MS-Office Skills
