YOUR TASKS

* The Project Manager is responsible for leading
the project in all aspects until 6 months after Start of Production. He/she is
the guarantor of customer satisfaction in conjunction with the achievement of
project Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, while ensuring profitability
throughout the entire project lifecycle as well ensuring smooth program
transfer from Development Centre to Production Plant. The main missions of the
role are to:
* 1. Responsible for the new product development
of automotive headlamps, and lead the project team to realize the product at
reasonable Q/C/T. 负责汽车前照灯新产品开发，带领项目团队实现产品合理 Q/C/T。
* 2. Develop and realize competitive technical
concepts to meet targets together with project team.
与项目团队一起，开发并实现具有竞争力的技术概念以达成目标。
* 3. Define and realize Design-to-Cost ideas in
teamwork for plastic parts, electronic components, manufacturing parameters and
concepts and others during project phase as well follow up VAVE ideas after SOP
to keep improving profit. 在项目开发阶段,
对塑料件、电子件、工艺参数及其他概念进行定义并实现成本设计，及项目sop以后继续追进VAVE方案以持续提升利润。
* 4. Act as the interface to our customers, to
communicate the project status, negotiate various topics and ensure that the
customers’ requirements are met, while considering the project targets –
quality – costs – timing. 作为客户的接口，传达项目状态， 在确保满足客户 要求的同时考虑项目目标-质量-成本-时间。
* 5. Audit and improve the work and processes in
the development phase and apply risk management 审核和改进开发阶段的工作和流程，并应用风险管理
* 6. Track and audit each milestone and actively
communicating deviations and develop counter measures 跟踪和审核每个里程碑，并积极沟通偏差并制定对策
* 7. Assign and coordinate the tasks to the
members of the team to ensure an efficient teamwork, as well drive project team
to fight for the final result. 任务分配给并协调给团队成员，以确保高效的团队合作, 并且能够驱动项目团队为达成最终结果而努力。
* 8. Responsible for Hella Project management
system maintenance with the team, like SAP PPM/PDM, Pro4B, MDMR, salesforce,
etc. 与团队一起负责海拉项目管理系统的维护，如 SAP PPM/PDM, Pro4B, MDMR, salesforce等。
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


* 1. Bachelor degree and major in mechanical
engineering, major in Design or plastics technology 工程学士学位，主修设计或塑料技术

* 2. At least 5 years working experience in
Project Management or similar jobs 5年项目管理或类似工作的工作经验

* 3. Experience in development of
(complex)mechatronics products and automotive knowhow.
具有开发（复杂）机电一体化产品和汽车专业知识的经验。

* 4. Proficient English both in spoken and written 熟练的英语口语和书面

* 5. Good Communication skill and leadership. 沟通能力和领导力。

* 6. Enjoy working in intercultural teams and
great interest in dealing with customers 享受在跨文化团队中工作，并对与客户打交道感兴趣
