Main Duties 主要职责:
1. Main scope: Be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of components and materials procured from external suppliers. This role involves proactive management of supplier performance, driving continuous improvement, and mitigating quality risks.
职责范围：负责保证Berco外部供应商生产的零件、材料的质量和可靠性。该岗位的职责包括但不限于主动的供应商质量表现管理，推进持续质量改善以及消除质量风险。
2. Conformity Management: Oversee the investigation and resolution of supplier-related non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence。
不合格品管理：监督供应商不合格品的原因调查以及预防、改进措施的实施，确保不合格品不会再次产生。
3. Supplier Performance Improvement: Collaborate with suppliers to enhance overall quality performance, focusing on reducing defects (PPM).
供应商质量绩效改进：协调供应商质量提升工作，聚焦于产品缺陷的减少（降低PPM）。
4. Supplier Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits of supplier quality management systems to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.
供应商审核：实施体系内供应商的常规审核，评估供应商质量体系与Berco要求的一致性以及识别待改进区域。
5. Corrective Action Plans: Develop and implement effective corrective action plans with suppliers to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
改进计划：和供应商一起制定和实施有效的质量改进计划以识别并将来发生质量问题的可能性。
6. Communication and Reporting: Communicate quality performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
沟通与汇报：向职能矩阵中的各方负责人就供应商质量相关的绩效、趋势以及改善建议等进行沟通和汇报。
7. New Product Development: Monitor supplier capabilities and performance during new product development phases, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
新产品开发：在新产品开发阶段监控供应商的开发能力以及开发中的表现 ，确保新产品符合规范要求。
8. Supplier Visits: Conduct on-site supplier visits to assess quality systems, manufacturing processes, and corrective action implementation.
供应商走访：对市场上的潜在供应商进行走访，并评估供应商质量系统、制造工艺，提出改进建议并监督改进措施的实施。
9. Complying with / implementing tk Group, BA, BU, PNAN, department and section rules / regulation
遵守和执行蒂森克虏伯集团、事业部、南京公司、部门及班组规章制度
10. To perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by company management to meet business need.
履行公司管理层因业务发展需要临时委派的其他工作任务。

3. Proposal of optimize functional or cross functional operations and HSE advice.

Qualification Requirement 任职资格
1. Education 教育:
University degree or above, Mechanical Engineer or relevant major
本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业；
2. Language 语言:
Excellent ability in both spoken and written English, fluent mandarin is mandatory.
具备优秀的的英语书面和口头表达能力；必备流利的中文普通话；
3. Experience 经验要求:
more than 5 years’ experience as SQE, knowledgeable of undercarriage market and undercarriage component supplier landscape (e.g. forgings, castings, machining)
具有5年以上的供应商质量管理经验，熟悉工程机械底盘市场，对工程机械底盘零部件供应商有相当的了解（比如锻件，铸件，机加工供应商等等）；
4. Competency 胜任力
a. A solid understanding of quality management systems and methodologies is essential
具备坚实的质量管理体系知识基础（ISO，IATF16949等），掌握相当的质量管理方法、工具
b. Good process knowledge of forging, casting, machining, heat treatment and etc.
具备良好的铸造、锻造、机加工、热处理等相关工艺知识
c. Proactive, assertive, team player
积极主动，有决断力，团队型选手
