SCOPE AND GOALS OF THE POSITION
From the beginning of project(PP/CP*), ensure the definition of detailed electronic technical objectives according to the requests of external or internal customers. Also ensure the operational planning of the activities and the coordination of the departments and figures involved in the development and implementation of the projects entrusted, in compliance with agreed times and costs, as well as the defined specifications and the development and validation process in use. Oversee the technical and Customer Care activities for the maintenance programs after the resolution if activities in HQ, having as its final objective the full satisfaction of the Customer and the achievement of the project objectives. For problem solving activities in Brembo China, shall support Designer to analysis and repair problem components to make sure performance fulfill product specification.

ACTIVITIES

A. Together with HQ related interface to ensures the operational planning of the phases of the realization of the project through a detailed and efficient definition of the implementation times, guaranteeing the documentation and activities required by the process in use;
B. Guarantees and acts as an interface between the different functions that participate in the design / development / realization / resolution of the product;
C. Ensures compliance with the BDS requirements required by Brembo standards by the reference process and by the safety/quality legislation adopted;
D. Based on the cause effect chain, from system level to describe the problem and ensure the problem description near to fact, then document it.
E. It ensures the constant monitoring of the project progress plan, identifies the causes of any deviations and proposes effective and efficient solutions (recovery plans) in order to minimize the risks related to the project itself, in accordance with the activities required by the process in use;
F. Ensures a constant flow of information to its Manager;
G. Ensures, in collaboration with the internal logistics structures, the management of logistics flows related to Electronic Component prototypes;
H. Ensures the monitoring of the flow of documentation related to the project, with the dual objective of ensuring that the ongoing project is developed according to the process in use and to create a knowledge base for future projects;
I. Ensures the operational supervision of design review(component, module & System level) activities;
J. Ensures the coordination of development cost estimation activities by carrying out periodic monitoring
K. When necessary, cooperate with Purchasing colleagues and Designer to audit (potential) supplier from technical view
L. Provides support to GCF Legal and GCF Purchasing in the definition of technical details in the contract with partners or suppliers
