岗位职责:
1. Establish and implement quality and compliance strategy for China specialty department.
为中国特种品事业部建立和执行质量法规策略
2. Manage supplier& product qualification for external projects and routine quality compliance management
管理外部项目供应商和产品的认证及合规，对产品及外部项目供应商做日常的管理
3. Responsible for Toller complaints, make sure complaints are appropriately treated, CAPAs are implemented and effective.
负责外部代工项目的投诉管理，确保投诉得到适当的处理，纠正预防措施得到有效的执行
4. Cooperate with Market Access team at HQ and regions, guarantee regulatory compliance.
与总部法规部门合作，确保特种蟾皮你的及合规性。
5. Representative for Specialty department and maintain the relationship with local authority
作为特种品部门的代表与地方法规机构联络及关系维护。
6. Responsible for PLM platform maintenance for SAP code, MSDS and other related work.
负责中国PLM平台的维护工作，按照要求主导建立SAP代码，MSDS及其他相关文件。
7. Responsible for product safety, GHS/DG regulation implemented in Specialty business and production.
负责产品安全，有害物质/危险化学品相关法律法规在特种产品业务及生产中的应用指导。

任职要求:
1. At least Bachelor degree (Animal Nutrition，chemistry, pharmacy, biology).
本科及以上学历（动物营养，化学，药学，生物）等专业
2. At least 8 years working experience on animal nutrition, quality management, prefer from feed/food/pharmaceutical/medica device industries
至少8年以上动物营养相关质量合规经验，倾向于饲料，食品，药品，医药器械
3. Strong skills and experiences in supplier quality management and or quality system audit.
在供应商质量管理和质量体系审核方面有较强的技能和经验
4. Knowledge of standard and regulations (e.g. HACCP, 6 sigma, SPC, Kaisen, FAMI-QS, ISO certificate).
熟悉相关标准及法规，比如HACCP，六西格玛，FAMIQS，质量改善和ISO体系
5. Deep understanding of China feed additive industry from both product and compliance point of view.
深度了解中国饲料行业产品及合规情况。
6. Good English communication skill in both oral and written.
