We are looking for a creative and motivated Mechanical Engineer to perform tasks and provide technical leadership and support at all stages of full lifecycle product development for electric motors and inverters. Experience with rotating machinery (shaft, bearing systems, enclosure structural and thermal design) is highly desirable. Significant experience with the specification, analysis and testing of Engineering materials is also desirable.

61 BSc degree in Engineering or Engineering specialty. 61 Experience with engineering analysis tools. 61 ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar. 61 2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling experience. 61 Siemens NX with Teamcenter experience is highly desired. 61 Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge. 61 Excellent technical writing skills to generate concise engineering reports and provide accurate engineering documentation. 61 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance analysis for product design. 61 CAD modeling software, FEA analysis and ANSI drafting standards. 61 Expertise in motor component design. 61 Adept at design for machining, stamping and die casting processes. 61 Proficiency with PPAP process and requirements. 61 Expertise in the use of fasteners, integrated snaps and clamping in product design. 61 Skilled at use of sealing methods and processes.
