DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION To be a part of the Component Logistics Team in Europe and Asia and the Project Teams for the business lines. Planning and coordinating transport assignments and documents according to the business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● Consultative at contract review regarding delivery terms, payment terms, letter of credit terms, delivery times and delivery scope. ● Estimate transport costs to Sales and participate in firm bid meetings. ● Participate in Project Launch and Follow Up meetings. ● Ensure the delivery plan is feasible and actual. ● Plan and perform the deliveries to suppliers and customers according to budget and agreed plan in a reliable and cost efficient way. ● Booking, coordination and follow up of transport from supplier or consolidation place. Inbound, outbound and return logistics; sea, air, courier and truck. Ensure that suppliers and transport companies receive for each delivery relevant shipping documentation. ● Manage all types of transport documents. ● Manage all types of customs documents. Review customs declaration. ● Notification to each recipient. Ensure that suppliers and customers receive relevant information and shipping documentation. ● Manage all types of letter of credit documents and negotiations to the bank. ● Manage invoices from transport companies. ● Follow up the budget and inform Component Logistics Manager and Contract Manager if there are any deviations. ● Monitor and report agreed targets. ● Close cooperation with the Project Teams; Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing and Production Control as well with Sales. ● Propose logistics development and efficient logistics solutions. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: ● Suitable university or secondary degree level education Experience: ● >3 years from relevant business experience Competencies: ● Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. 备注:此岗位签一年劳务合同
