岗位职责：
1. 对接供应链的主计划，获取客户交付的需求信息，整理成计划产量。
Coordinate to SCM master plan, obtain customer delivery demand information, and organize it into planned production volume.
2. 负责生产计划的编制，生产线的排产，计划执行情况的更新。
Be responsible for compilation production plan, arrangement of production lines, updating of executive conditions.
3. 负责计划工单信息的下达与传递, 跟踪生产计划执行过程，保障按时交付。
Be responsible for transfer of work order information, following execution of production plan, ensuring on time delivery.
4. 负责现场异常与销售急单的计划调整，及时平衡生产与交付。
Be responsible for plan adjustment of field abnormity and rush order of sales, balancing production and delivery.
5. 负责建立高效的计划编排工具，及时形成报表，反映问题，提高效率，优化计划流程。
Be responsible for building efficient tools for production plan compilation, forming report in time, reflecting issues, improving efficiency, optimizing planning flow.
6. 提前一周完成计划编排，提前测算生产班次、设备产能、物料供给等条件，提前做好部门内外信息的传递与沟通调整，保障生产任务的达成。
Finishing production plan compilation ahead of schedule for one week, forecasting production shift, equipment, material and so on conditions, transferring and communicating information inside and outside the department, ensuring achievement of production tasks.
7. 参加例行FC会议，更新未来三个月的排产信息，包括产能，工作天数，人力，效率等信息，建立较为平衡的未来生产计划。
Attend regular FC meetings, update production schedule information for the next three months, including capacity, working days, manpower, efficiency, etc., and establish a balanced future production plan.
8. 有能力在上级领导的指导下革新生产计划体系，满足精益生产的要求。
Be capable to innovate production planning system under guidance of supervisors, meet the requirements of lean production.
9. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.


岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above.
2. 三年以上生产计划相关工作经验
3+ years planning working experience in auto industry.

4. 良好的综合电脑技能，熟练使用EXCEL等办公软件
