The position will be based at any tier-2 or tier-3 city of China and will report to the Due Diligence Supervisor (Resource 1), located in Poland.
Job Spec: 61 Assists in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and requirements 61 Provides reports and analysis to support business financial decisions and demonstrates compliance to security regulations. 61 Running system (SAP) reports for compliance analytics 61 Reviewing blocked orders against sanction lists 61 Conducts new customer screening to ensure compliance to government export regulations. 61 Stay updated with changes in trade regulations, sanctions, and embargoes 61 Assist in managing record-keeping and document control for trade compliance activities 61 Participate in trade compliance investigations and resolution of compliance-related issues
Qualifications: 61 Less than 3 years experience 61 Experience in export compliance and/or customs compliance 61 Strong knowledge in data reporting/handling and excel 61 Experience in import and export operations/compliance management/System automation, ideally in SAP and SAP-GTS 61 Legal or global trade education or proven experience 61 Proficiency level of English verbal and written 61 Willing to learn and to develop new skills
