Responsibility: 1、Make FAL Remote Support, including but not limited to answer calls and other electronic messages from customers related to manufacturing questions/concerns. 2、Provide FAL On-Site Support (SAMC only), including but not limited to travel to Shanghai for weekly on-site support duties (once or twice per week) 3、Complete Customer Failure Reports, including but not limited to review claims and compare against technical requirements, propose liability (customer or company) and negotiate with customer if required, participate in root-cause/corrective-action plans, put findings in reports as requested. 4、Complete technical estimating, including but not limited to complete technical requirements review of drawings, specifications and related documents, derive bill-of-materials, estimate production hours, gather raw material quotations from relevant departments; determine rework level of effort and provide raw material requirements 5、Other duties as assigned Qualification requirements: 1、College degree with business English skill in speaking and writing 2、Strong understanding and communication ability 3、Have basic common knowledge and mental health 4、Strict following of confidentiality requirements 5、Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 6、Proficient ability in technology analysis and quick handling 7、Flexible working hours and vacation schedule to meet business requirements
