2.ECA (Extra-Curricular Activities) Management: 61 Oversee the administration and implementation of ECAs, ensuring a diverse and engaging range of activities are available to meet the interests and needs of students. 61 Collaborate with ECA staff and volunteers to support the smooth operation of programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and resource allocation. 61 Engage with students, parents, and staff to gather feedback on ECAs and work with the Deputy Head to make improvements where necessary. 61 Promote student participation in ECAs and work to ensure every student has the opportunity to engage in enriching, extra-curricular activities. 13.Summer Camp and Holiday Program Support: 61 Assist in planning and implementing summer camp programs and other holiday enrichment activities. 61 Provide support during these programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for all participants.
15.Extension Responsibilities: Curriculum Integration: 61 Work with academic faculty to integrate enrichment and ECA activities into the standard curriculum. 61 Develop interdisciplinary projects that connect enrichment programs, including ECAs, with core academic subjects.
16.Student Leadership: 61 Foster leadership skills among students by providing opportunities for them to lead and organize enrichment activities and ECAs. 61 Mentor students in developing their own enrichment projects and initiatives.
17.Community Engagement: 61 Coordinate with community organizations to bring in guest speakers, experts, and volunteers for enrichment activities and ECAs. 61 Organize community service projects and partnerships that align with the goals of the enrichment and ECA programs.
任职要求: 61 A Bachelor's degree or above (a business or administration degree would be a plus); 61 Demonstrated success in managing and building a cross-cultural teaching and administration team; 61 Knowledge of and experience in school marketing; 61 Excellent written and spoken English skills required (written and spoken Mandarin is a plus).
