Roles and Responsibilities:
61 Identify, gather and analyze the data needed for business problem from both platform and application team and working with data engineer to ensure the availability of data.
61 Define the strategy and roadmap for data analytics projects in alignment with business objectives with state-of-the-art data technologies and approaches and ensure the strategy timely updated.
61 Gain business insights regarding the operation, usage and cost of different cloud platforms in Offboard team for transparency and optimization by leveraging modern data modeling, analytics and reporting technologies and approaches.
61 Collaborate with internal cross-function team and external supplier team to understand data needs, representing as key data insights and expert in platform operation and optimization.
61 Work closely and effectively with platform and cross application DevOps teams to ensure the data insights can be integrated into platform and application development, operation and optimization.
61 Own and drive data analytics projects inside Offboard Platform team by leverage cross-functional internal and external suppliers’ resources and deliver it in a timely manner.
61 Collaborate closely with the Platform Data Engineer to meet the data analytics or processing objectives.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, Engineering or related fields
61 5+ years working experience in data engineering and analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in implementing large scale business intelligence solutions.
61 Fluent English for professional use and strong communication skills.
61 Team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
61 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
