岗位职责：
1. 负责本部门范围内各项工作和业务运营符合法律法规，亦符合公司的内部规章制度及政策。
Responsible for all work and business operations meeting all requirements of laws and regulations, as well as the company’s internal rules and policies.
2. 负责汇总分析客户需求，结合产能状况，编制供应链主计划，组织生产、采购、物流、销售等相关部门进行供需评审。
Be responsible to summarize and analyze customer needs, preparing supply chain operation plans based on production capacity, and organizing relevant departments such as production, procurement, logistics, and sales to conduct supply and demand reviews.
3. 负责制定高效的主生产计划，跟踪计划执行情况，确保产出进度符合计划要求，达成交付需求和库存目标。
Be responsible to work out an efficient and effective master plan, track plan execution, ensuring output progress meets the plan, and achieving delivery demands and inventory targets.
4. 负责制定物料计划，结合物料库存和交期，确保生产计划顺利执行，以及健康的库存周转。
Be responsible for the material planning, considering material inventory and delivery time to ensure smooth execution of production plans and healthy inventory turnover.
5. 负责制定新项目量产导入的生产计划。
Be responsible for the production planning for launch of mass production of new projects.
6. 负责变更的生产计划、物料计划和库存控制。
Be responsible for the production planning, material planning and inventory control for changes.
7. 负责主计划和物料计划的不断优化和持续改善。
Be responsible for the continuous optimization and improvement of the master planning and material planning.
8. 负责管控各级物料库存，确保库存健康度。
Responsible for controlling all kinds of material inventory at all levels to ensure inventory health.
9. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，物流及供应链专业优先
Bachelor degree or above in logistics and SCM
2. 丰富的主计划管理工作经验，在汽车行业从事计划管理五年以上
Strong experience in master planning management at least 5 years in Auto industry.
3. 熟悉IATF16949 质量管理体系和物料管理操作指南MMOG/LE
Be familiar with IATF16949 QMS and MMOG/LE.
4. 诚实守信，敬业专业，结果导向，团队合作精神和责任心，良好的分析和解决问题的能力
Be honest and trustworthy, dedicated and professional, results oriented, team spirit and sense of accountability, good analytical and problem-solving skills
5. 较好的英语读写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English
6. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件
Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT

Good skills in SAP/MRP/ERP System
8. 较强的抗压能力和应变能力
Strong ability to withstand pressure and adapt to changes
