1. 采购订单释放及跟踪,保证及时交货。 Issue and follow up purchase orders to keep material on time delivery. 2. 及时更新预测给供应商。 Update demand forecast to suppliers according to customers forecast timely. 3. 物料库存监控。 Monitor and control inventory via reasonable purchasing mode. 4. 供应商交货及时率的统计及跟踪。 Supplier on time delivery performance management. 5. 供应商结算及不良品退货。 Payment and defective parts handling with suppliers. 6. 外协盘点。 Outsourcing supplier’s stock-counting. 7. 定期识别呆滞料并提出处理报告。 Identity the obsolesce materials and hand in analysis report. 8. 上级安排的其他工作任务。 Any other tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above 2. 五年以上采购及物料计划工作经验 5+ years working experience in purchasing, material planning or relevant field of logistics 3. 较好的英语读写及口语表达能力 Good written and spoken English 4. 熟练运用Excel、PPT等常用MS office软件 Good command of MS office, such as Excel\PPT 5. 良好的沟通和谈判技能 Good communication and negotiation skills 6. 熟练运用SAP软件 Familiar with MRP knowledge, SAP skill is priority 7. 良好的团队合作能力 Good team spirit
