Objective :
As part of Global Digital Service, our team is responsible to build advanced and innovated digital solutions and products in the region for the region.
We consult, design, deliver and operate business specific applications and be responsible for entire application life-cycle management.
Our team members cover diverse roles in a DevOps concept: Business Consultant, Project Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Software Developer, Cloud Engineer etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for specific product life-cycle with the target of maximizing product value and contributing to businesses’ success in the APAC region.
Main Task:
- Understand the product and business requirements in depth.
- Be able to clearly identify, analyze, and decompose business requirements, convert them into user stories, and ultimately ensure successful launching of the product, drive business adoption.
- Be responsible to define overall development plan and strategy for the product and digital platforms, ensure that they meet the needs of business development. Lead successful launching of core components and services of the product.
- You will work collaboratively with internal and external teams in an agile and self-organized way, besides design, develop and manage the product/solution, maintain and continuously enhance the product is also an important part of your daily work.
- You will be responsible to securely integrated the product with BASF system landscape and existing back-end systems, modern development and security standards must be considered and followed during the period.
- Closely follow up on product performance, continuously optimize, iterate, and improve the product according to business needs and user feedback.
- Define the technical specification documents of the product, summarizing, accumulating and sharing product knowledge, providing systematic training to business users to ensure smooth roll-out of the product within the enterprise.
任职要求:
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software or other related discipline.
- Minimum 6+ years of work experience and at least 3 years of digital products management.
- Experience in software industry with good understanding of Solution Development and Product Life Cycle, including customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration implementation/delivery and maintenance.
- Good business process understanding and able to speak in business language and translate business requirements into technical language.
- Experience working in multi-national company, working experience in large internet companies both domestically and internationally is a plus;
- Strong passion for product design, experience and ability in functional planning and realization.
- Practical experience in building and operating digital products, from 0 to 1.
- Deep understanding on the functions and ecological capabilities of WeChat/WeCom. Ability to build scenario design based on WeCom standards.
- Strong know-how on IT technology and solution landscape, familiar with common coding language, data structures, algorithms, database and design patterns. Experience in Java is a plus.
- Familiar with enterprise digital platforms, including but not limited to OA, WeCom, SF, ERP, CRM etc.
- Strong self-driven and sense of responsibility, very good communication and collaboration skills.
- Skilled in observation and analysis, adept at identifying key issues, possessing excellent logical and abstract abilities, willingness and ability to learn fast, have curiosity towards new things.
- Strong business acumen and productization awareness, able to proactively initiate product improvements and optimizations, good execution ability.
- Possess good awareness of information/data security and professional ethics.
- Fluent English and Mandarin
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience and ability in web development and WeChat mini-programs development is a strong plus.
- Experience working with scrum or equivalent agile development process.
