RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES 61 Grow volume, revenue, and market share in assigned distributor in alignment with channel strategy and business targets. 61 Develop business plans with key distributors, inclusive of overall business objectives, 3yrs sales growth target, key field strategies & implementation standards, promotional initiatives, and drives 61 Support channel structure optimization and classification process 61 Develop new distributors in new verticals in order to get new market share and grow sales target 61 Engage the distributors regularly to understand the “Voice of Customer” and their business needs through regular visits, structured meetings & customer surveys. 61 Coordinate the cross-function teams of the company to ensure customers satisfaction 61 Ensure that all sales business is conducted within defined trading terms and in accordance with company policy 61 Ensure Sales activities are kept up to date and accurate and timely in SFDC CRM 61 Provide necessary training and technical support to channel partners to ensure they understand and implement channel policies. 61 Support channel marketing with conferences and any advertising that is aligned with the vertical responsibilities. 61 Support on required distributor management SOP optimization other tasks assigned by manager
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS 61 Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, or related fields 61 Minimum 5 years of Sales experience, principally in B2B environments. Knowledge in selling through distributors in PPE industry is an asset. 61 Highly experienced in consultative selling-like methodologies/approaches 61 Demonstrated skill in planning and organization and in managing accounts 61 In-depth knowledge of his/her vertical and competition 61 Good analytical skills in gathering data from multiple sources and eliciting key interpretive outcomes and decision making/planning 61 Strong budget & reporting skills – monitoring, reporting, defining key issues and corrective strategies 61 Strong negotiation skills and business acumen 61 Presentation skills 61 Understanding and ability to utilize a CRM system 61 Project management skills 61 Good business English reading and writing skills
