岗位职责Job Description：
1．Monthly closing and monthly result analysis, Identify problems or bottlenecks to improve efficiency by strengthening processes and system optimization
月结，每月结果分析，通过加强流程和系统优化来识别问题或瓶颈，以提高效率。
2． Work closely with stakeholders to fully support business development with margin analysis, ROI evaluation on new product, new channel
与团队相关方紧密合作，通过利润分析, 新产品，新渠道的投入产出评估全面支持业务发展
3．Support financial operations of the company, including business planning, FC, strategic business planning
支持公司的财务运营，包括业务规划、财务控制和战略业务规划。
4． Ad hoc tasks especially including new business model requests and related financial simulation.
支持临时任务，特别包括新商业模型请求及相关的财务模拟。


资质要求 Requirements：
1. Bachelor or above, major in business administration, financial management, accounting as a plus
本科及以上，工商管理、财务管理、会计等财务相关专业优先
2. Good communication skills to communicate efficiently
良好的沟通能力，有效的进行团队内部及跨部门沟通
