职位描述
Job Description:
1. Achieve sales target
2. Recruit, fire and Manage distributors / Partners. Regular reporting and monitoring performance
3. Sales call with distributors / Partners closing big deals
4. Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to help the company stay competitive and capitalize on market opportunities
5. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activities
6. Provide feedback from customers and the field to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service initiatives
7. Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market analysis
8. Proactive communication with clients in identifying potential issues, suggesting improvements, and taking action to prevent problems.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in industrial sales, specifically within the harsh and hazardous lighting sector or related industries (e.g., oil and gas, mining, chemical processing, manufacturing)
2. experience in a sales management role, managing a team of sales representatives or account managers
3. Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly selling technical or engineered products to industrial clients
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, distributors, final clients and internal teams
5. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
6. Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales teams. Travel requirements could range from 25% to 50% or more, depending on the region and market needs
7. Understanding of industry regulations and safety standards related to lighting products in harsh and hazardous environments1.

4. 分析市场动态和客户反馈,合理提出新产品需求;
5. 定期向管理层提供及更新相关销售数据和市场动向分析报告。
任职要求:
1. 商务英语,国际贸易相关专业本科及以上学历,在工业和商业照明行业业绩突出者优先;
2. 英语口语及写作表达能力优秀;
3. 对特种照明产品,技术规范有深入了解;
4. 具备较强沟通、谈判和表达能力。
