主要职责 Major Responsibilities 1. Require weekly/daily reviews of work progress and issue status, and provide information to Ford team to clearly determine and manage the deliverables. 2. Require 100% involve in issue resolution discussion and lead the tasks assigned by Ford team. 3. Require work closely with Ford Suppliers and complete the tasks assigned by Ford team. 4. Require documentation and evidence hand over to Ford team 5. Service provider/analyst is to report out to the weekly TDR/BPR etc meetings 6. Service provider and their engineers will be expected to comply with all Ford policies, standards and guidelines that will be made available to them 7. Travel: All trips supported by the Service Personnel must have final approval by the resident Ford on-site supervisor. Moreover, Service Personnel will be expected to comply with both the Seller’s travel policies and the Ford Motor Company Travel Policies. 能力及技能Competences and Capability & Skills 1. Holding Ford Tier2 driver license for more than two years, good driving skills. 2. Program VI: a. Attribute target setting and or development. b. Attribute target cascading and feasibility study with cross functional team. c. Vehicle attribute target set and engineering execution especially for EREV relative attributes including EV Range, Total Range, Low SoC FE, High/Low temperature range, highway range, charging speed, Performance, drive and energy modes etc. d. Product concept key experiences engineering execution, especially for those customer experiences link to AI technology, EV smart and immersive drive modes, family outdoor power management and usable ADAS innovation etc. e. Has experience worked at local OEM understanding the local OEM culture, workload pace and good drive vehicle evaluation skills.
