Responsibilities: 1. In-depth understanding and acquisition on the field knowledge and general process of the international freight forwarder or logistics industry. 2. Develop free hand business, identify pipeline and sales lead. 3. Monitor market trends, develop new customers and maintain current customers, achieve the sales targets. 4. Handle all kinds of inquiries from customers by e-mail or telephone,participate in the sales call. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer issues. 6. Assisting sales manager in dealing with customers, collecting and recording customer information, filing customer information and improving it continuously. 7. Timely collection of accounts receivable, avoid risks, improve the company’s capital turnover rate effectively. 8. Responsible for analyzing sales data, understanding market dynamics and customer requirements, and providing data support for the team leader’s decision-making. 9. Responsible for the production and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports on sales targets, and report on sales dynamics at any time. 10. Complete tasks & sales targets from team leader timely.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in international freight and Logistics. 2. CET 4 or above will be given a priority 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with customers at various level. 4. Adaptability to change, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 5. Reliable, Honest, Team-player 6. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
