Job Description To perform a variety of relatively complex engineering functions as related to the installation, service, and maintenance of the company products to meet the customer's requirements and environment. Job Responsibilities 1. Analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively complex digital, analog, and hybrid control systems, sub-systems, and/or specific control equipment at customer locations. 2. Assist, as part of an engineering team, in carrying out engineering assignments involving technology outside of normal area of expertise. 3. Direct efforts of customer personal engaged in: installation of control system, subsystems, equipment or their routine modification/repair. 4. Provide direct engineering advisory assistance the customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the equipment or related matters. 5. Perform a variety of related functions such as: site instruction of customer personnel; writing and modifying maintenance procedures; quality control tests and/or product evaluation; provide complete and timely reports on all activities with emphasis on defining problems encountered, services rendered, and customer reaction to supplied product and services. 6. Receive and investigate customer complaints. Resolve and/or recommend solutions to these complaints. 7. Log customer's phone calls in database and track for the call closing. 8. Develop and maintain good customer relations. 9. Complete other job supervisor/manager assigned. Basic Qualifications 1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Computer Science related specialty. 2. High degree of initiative and good communication skills. 3. Capable and willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision. 4. Willing to travel, even at short notice for emergency services. 5.Possess minimum three (3) years’ experience in process control industry, especially in Power Generation, Water/Waste Water treatment. 6.Experience in Ovation DCS or Master's degree would be an advantage. 7.Fluent in English 8.Occupational Health and Safety Acumen Preferred Qualifications Action Oriented Customer Focus Drive for Results Priority Setting
