Key Responsibilities:
1. Support commercial operation work. Landing the corporate level projects aiming to improve business performance, such as lead-to-cash (LTC) workflow, CRM system, compliance issue etc.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams resources to ensure the smooth progress of operation projects and the achievement of goals.
3. Collaborate with other departments to build and streamline commercial operation process and systems.
4. Work with RSBU CN to support the commercial operation work (training system, sales meeting, business report etc.) to improve business performance.
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Biology or Business.
2. 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or data analysis, with experience in a commercial team considered a plus.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively across departments.
4. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in English
