岗位目标：
This position is working for design and dimensioning of hydraulic components for axial piston pumps and motors. He/she will develop new product by collaboration with cross functional team to fit existing manufacture concept in regard of efficiency and cost, implement newly designed products / design measures into series production. Assist sales with technical expertise for potential new projects.

61 Design and Dimensioning of hydraulic components for local market

61 Manage different project according to company process and guidelines

61 Support of the sales department in order to fulfill technical requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

61 Collaborate technically with cross functional team in order to have optimize manufacturing process in regard of efficiency and cost, standardize developed products, and make the design more realizable and robust

61 Create and maintain technical documentation of locally developed components

61 Select material and tolerance according to technical requirements, quality standards and availability

61 Support of localization project in technical questions and issues

岗位要求：
61 Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanics.
机械学士或硕士学位
61 2 year of working experience in mechanical design, Master graduated or with 2 year working experiences are welcomed;
2年机械设计工作经验, 欢迎优秀应届硕士毕业生或2年工作经验者；
61 Good Experience with at least one 3D CAD software (Pro/E preferred)
熟练使用至少一款 3D CAD 软件（Pro/E 优先）
