岗位职责:
Objectives:
61 Act as an interface to BU/ACO stakeholders, provide controlling service on compliance and transparency
61 Drive some optimizations on efficiency and effectiveness with the insight of controlling
61 Support business decisions with Finance & Controlling expertise
61 Take part as team member to support site finance relevant tasks

Main Tasks:
1. Controlling
61 Monitor and provide transparency to stakeholders on cost allocation, capex spending, FMC development, variable cost development, etc
61 Drive month-end closing and year-end closing on production costing
61 Initiate budget preparation and monitoring with the inputs from stakeholders
61 Act as project controller to support site expansion projects
61 Support Business Units with strategic initiatives, such as process optimization, decision-making, etc.
61 Deep understanding of Finance related internal control policies, ensure the awareness and compliance of the policy within company in scope and continuously seek the improvement area.
61 Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by manager
2. Finance
61 Support on-site audits, incl. group reporting audit, statutory audit and internal audit (if needed).
61 Support annual inventory stocktaking and fixed asset physical count for engaged companies per internal guidance.
61 Take part as team member to support other site finance relevant tasks assigned by manager
3. Support / lead process enhancement, digitalization initiatives and other projects
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

任职要求:
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration discipline
2. Working Experience: At least 3 years' relevant experiences in the accounting/controlling area. Big 4 working experience is a plus.
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
61 Understanding of accounting regulations (IFRS and PRC)
61 Good at communications and stakeholder management
61 Basic knowledge of business analysis is required
4. Certificate: Accounting Certificate and Medium-grade Professional Title. CPA, CMA and other professional certificate is a plus.
