Objective of the position职位目标 This position belongs to BSH RGC HR organization, located in Nanjing and the position holder will work in Talent Management-COE team. 该职位属于博西家电大中华区人力资源部,位于南京,职位持有者将在人才管理的专家团队中工作。
1. Career development path design and implementation: gain a deep understanding of business goals, organizational structure, and talent needs, then design and implement a career development framework that includes a clear career path, position evaluation, competency model, and promotion criteria, especially for experts’ development path in both technical and commercial area. 职业发展道路的设计与落地:深入了解业务目标、组织结构和人才需求,设计并实施职业发展框架,包括清晰的职业发展路径、岗位评估、能力模型和晋升标准,特别是技术领域和商务领域的专家发展路径。
2. Design, execute, and consult on processes that enable on-the-job leadership development (e.g., identifying leadership career paths, implementing job rotation programs, ensuring effective leadership role transitions) 设计、执行和咨询能够促进在职领导力发展的流程(例如,确定领导力职业道路、实施轮岗发展计划、确保有效的领导力角色转变)
3. Assist in implementing an effective succession planning approach to identify, develop, and move successors within the organization to strengthen the leadership pipeline and reduce risk 协助实施有效的继任规划方法,以确定、发展和调动组织内的继任者,以加强领导者梯队并降低风险
4. Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development. 设计和交付培训计划以支持员工成长和发展
5. Co-create, implement & continuously optimize talent management programs as key contributor of regional COE team with the guidance of global talent management framework. 以全球人才管理框架为指导,作为区域COE团队的主要贡献者,设计、实施并持续优化人才管理方案
6. Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of talent development interventions 评估和监控人才发展干预措施的影响和有效性
Qualification 任职资格 1. Bachelor degree and above 5 years’ experience as HRBP or TD-COE in a multinational environment, majoring in psychology, or other social sciences is plus 本科及以上学历,拥有5年以上在跨国企业工作作为HRBP或者人才发展-COE的工作经验,心理学或其他社会科学专业优先
2. Talent development hands on experience in designing, developing and implementation solutions, having developing and implementing expert career path is plus 在设计、开发和实施人才发展解决方案方面拥有实操经验,有专家发展路径设计和实施经验优
3. Proficient in English both orally and written 书面和口语英语流利
4. Good inter-cultural communication skills and comfortable to collaboration and build relationships with global colleagues and HRBP 良好的跨文化沟通能力,乐于与全球同事和 HRBP 合作并建立关系
