● Clarifying and defining requirements for the product-related software with the customer, in the form of stipulated project descriptions; analysing and planning the software development expenditure ● Agreeing and pursuing targets with the project manager with regard to quality, costs and deadlines, in consultation with the superior – using existing processes and methods ● Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring software development tasks within a development project –using specified methods and systems (including time-to-market process), if necessary in consultation with the superior ● Planning and including internal and, if necessary, external subsuppliers – taking into account economic, qualitative and deadline-related aspects, in consultation with the superior ● Involvement in/carrying out stipulated escalation scenarios in the event of target deviations arising in software development; indicating existing solution alternatives ● Ensuring that defined technical standards are observed within the framework of software development; ● Drawing up system and software performance specifications; analyzing the requirements described and, if applicable, carrying out modifications in the system and software performance specifications ● Drafting and drawing up the system and software architecture in accordance with general guidelines including existing in-house and outside systems as well as existing software - and hardware interfaces ● Analysing and optimizing new and existing system and software architectures; documenting corresponding Modifications ● Carrying out stipulated internal and external reviews in relation to system and software architecture over the entire development process, in accordance with existing guidelines ● Supporting and advising Series development in the use of new technologies, thus securing know-how transfer series development ● Agreement of targets in terms of quality, costs and timing with the project sponsor, using existing processes
YOUR QUALIFICATION：
● Excellent in LIN/CAN/CANFD/SPI/LVDS communication development. ● Excellent in UDS, Network management, FBL, cyber security, Autosar, E2E, Aspice development. ● Excellent in SW Unit, module, application & integration testing. ● Excellent in NXP MCU S32K1xx, Renesas RH850 family, Indiemicro/Melexis lighting IC family. ● Experience with requirement management tool, e.g.DOORS, PTC, Polarion, Jira. ● Prefer with leading ECU SW development experience. ● Excellent SW systematic analytical, problem shooting, decision making. ● Good leadership skill and Experienced for SW cooperation with internal and external suppliers. ● Fluent English in both verbal and written. ● Familiar with Vector tool chain, e.g. CANoe, Canoe.DiVa, vTESTstudio
